Bizarre was a one-off sketch show cast with children playing the majority of roles. It lasted approximately 1hr 30 minutes in total. The sketches included wrestling granddads, aliens with balloons for heads and two boys dressed as old ladies heckling "Rubbish put something good on" from the audience.
Robert never believed that an audience would understand this playground humour. Even if he could, he would of never believed the impact this show had on his theatrical work. Although this was a childrens play that was put on to entertain the childrens parents, this strange and surreal sketch show was heard about by a London west-end director. This became his first of many liaisons with London.
